About the project

Platform for digital infrastructure development in the Czech Republic with broader regional relevance.

Moravia-Silesia Digital Infrastructure (MSDI) is a strategic initiative focused on enabling the development of scalable, high-performance data infrastructure in the Czech Republic with direct relevance to the broader CZ–PL–SK region.

The project responds to the growing demand for compute capacity driven by artificial intelligence, cloud services and advanced digital operations. At the same time, the region currently lacks sufficient modern data center infrastructure capable of supporting these requirements.

MSDI aims to establish a credible foundation for future data center development by combining strong industrial infrastructure, available power capacity and a strategic cross-border location. The initiative is designed to support long-term, sustainable growth aligned with modern ESG principles and infrastructure investment standards.

The project is being developed as a platform for cooperation between investors, infrastructure operators, technology partners and public stakeholders interested in building the next generation of digital infrastructure in the region.
